Buying & Payments

Buying on Dukkan is simple and straightforward. The whole journey is five steps: browse, choose, add to cart, check out, receive and pay.

Steps to buy

1. Browse products: explore the site sections (clothing, shoes, home & living, accessories, and more) or use search; you can filter results by governorate, city, price, and sorting order.
2. Open the product page: review the photos, description, price, product condition, previous buyer reviews, and the seller location.
3. Choose options and quantity: if the product comes in multiple sizes or colors, pick what suits you, set the quantity, and click Add to Cart.
4. Review your cart and check out: click the cart icon at the top of the page, confirm the products and quantities, then click the checkout button. You need to sign in to complete the purchase (creating an account is free and takes a minute).
5. Delivery address and payment method: confirm your address and phone number, choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method, and place the order.

Once the order is placed it appears in the Orders page of your account, where you can follow its status step by step until delivery.

Tips before buying

• Message the seller from the product page if you need extra details or more photos (see the article How to Contact a Seller).
• If you like a product but want a better price, you can bargain using the Request a Quote feature (see the article How to Bargain on Price).
• Save products you like to your wishlist to come back to them later.
