Buying & Payments

Two small features help you a lot: the wishlist for saving products you like, and reviews for helping others buy with confidence.

Wishlist

• Click the heart icon Add to Wishlist that appears while browsing products, or from the product page itself.
• You will find all your saved products in the Wishlist page of your account, and you can remove them whenever you want.
• Why it is useful: compare products calmly, return to a product later without searching for it again, and check whether it is still available.

Reviewing products

1. Open the product page and scroll down to the Reviews section.
2. Choose the number of stars (from 1 to 5) and write your opinion about the product.
3. Submit the review and it will appear on the product page for everyone.

Notes about reviews

• Any registered member can review a product, except the seller of that product reviewing their own listing.
• Honest, detailed reviews (Did the product match the description? How was the quality?) are the biggest help to other buyers and to serious sellers.
• Do not use reviews for complaints about a specific order or for insults; in that case message the seller directly or contact support.
