Adding a product on Dukkan is done from the seller dashboard through a clear step-by-step form. The product appears on the site immediately upon publishing.
Steps to add a product
- From the dashboard click Add Product.
- Choose the suitable category for your product (clothing, tools & equipment, industrial & commercial, and so on) and set its type: a physical product shipped to the buyer or a digital product downloaded from the site.
- Fill in the product details:
- Title: clear, containing the words buyers will search for.
- Description: condition, sizes, specifications, country of manufacture, and everything buyers usually ask about.
- Photos: the most important element of all; upload several clear photos with good lighting from different angles.
- Set the price in US Dollars (the site automatically displays it in Syrian Pounds too) and the available quantity.
- Add options and sizes if the product comes in multiple sizes or colors.
- Set the shipping details: whether delivery is available, the regions you ship to, and the shipping fee or pickup from your location.
- Click Publish Product and it will appear on the site immediately.
After publishing
- Follow your products performance from the Products page in the dashboard: edit, temporarily hide when out of stock, or delete.
- You can save an unfinished product as a draft and complete it later.
- Have a large number of products? Use bulk upload to add them all at once via a ready file.
Tips to sell faster
- Real photos of the product sell more than photos copied from the internet.
- Price realistically; buyers on Dukkan can bargain through quote requests, so leave a margin of agreement for you and the buyer.
- Answer buyer comments on your products; every unanswered question may be a sale lost.
