Direct communication with the seller is the easiest way to agree on details: product availability, sizes, delivery method, pickup time, or anything else related to the product.

Messaging the seller from the product page

1. Open the product page.
2. Click the Contact Seller button (it will ask you to sign in if you are not signed in yet).
3. Write your message and send it; a private conversation opens between you and the seller.

Following your conversations

• You will find all your conversations in the Messages page of your account, and you get notified when a new reply arrives.
• You can return to any previous conversation at any time; it is your documented reference when agreeing on prices or appointments.

Product comments

You can also post a general question in the comments section below the product page, the seller will reply to it, and every visitor to the page benefits from the question and the answer.

Communication etiquette

• Keep your questions clear and specific (Is the size available? Is delivery to my city possible? What is the final price?).
• Never share your banking details or passwords with any seller for any reason.
• If a seller does not reply within a reasonable time, you can look for a similar product from other sellers.
