Orders, Shipping & Returns

Alongside physical products, Dukkan includes sections for digital products: photos and designs, video and audio files, web templates and code, and more. Buying them follows the same usual steps, but with no shipping or courier; the files reach you directly inside your account.

How to buy a digital product

1. Browse the digital sections (photos & designs, video & audio, web templates & code, and so on).
2. Open the product page and review its description and previews.
3. Add it to the cart and check out as usual. Note that digital products do not require a shipping address or the Cash on Delivery option.

How to download your files

1. After placing the order and its completion, open the Orders page in your account.
2. Open the Downloads tab.
3. You will find all the digital products you purchased; click the download button for each file or file group.

Notes

• Your files remain available for download from your account at any time after the order is completed, so do not worry if you close the page by mistake.
• Digital products are protected by the rights of their owners; personal use only unless the seller explicitly states otherwise in the product description.
• If you encounter a broken link or a file that differs from the description, message the seller first; if the issue is not solved, contact support from the Help Center.
