Account

Creating an account on Dukkan is the first step to buying and selling in the marketplace. The account is completely free and lets you place orders, communicate with sellers, save your favorite products, and even open your own shop later.

Steps to create your account

1. Open the Dukkan website and click the Register button at the top of the page.
2. Fill in the required fields:
   • First name and Last name.
   • Email address: make sure you type it correctly, because the confirmation email and order notifications will be sent to it.
   • Password and confirmation: we recommend using a strong password that is hard to guess.
3. Tick the checkbox to accept the Terms & Conditions.
4. Click the Register button.

After registering you will be logged in automatically and taken to your profile page, where you can complete your details.

Confirming your email address

You will receive an email containing an account confirmation link; click it to verify your email. If the message does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Important notes

• To complete any purchase you must have an account and be signed in.
• The same account works for both buying and selling; when you are ready to start selling, click the Sell Now button at the top of the page.
• If you forget your password later, you can recover it using the Forgot your password? link in the sign-in window.
