Dukkan displays prices in both US Dollars and Syrian Pounds, and lets you filter products by Syrian governorate and city so you can find what you need close to where you are.

Changing the currency

1. Look for the currency selector at the top of the page (a $ or SYP symbol appears next to it).
2. Click it and choose the currency you prefer: US Dollar ($) or Syrian Pound (SYP).
3. All prices across the site are instantly redisplayed in the selected currency.

Note: sellers set base prices in dollars, and the pound value is calculated using the exchange rate configured on the site, so the SYP value may shift slightly whenever the rate is updated.

Filtering products by location

1. Use the location selector at the top of the page to choose a governorate (Damascus, Aleppo, Latakia, and so on).
2. You can then choose a city within the governorate to narrow the results further.
3. You will see products available in the area you selected, which makes arranging delivery with the seller much easier.

Setting your own location and address

• From Settings in your account you can set your default location so nearby products are shown to you first.
• From the same menu, fill in your shipping address (governorate, city, detailed address, phone number) so it is filled in automatically at checkout.
