Selling on Dukkan

Since the payment method currently adopted on Dukkan is Cash on Delivery, your sales money reaches you directly from the buyer with no intermediary: the amount in cash at the moment of delivery, whether you deliver the product yourself or through a courier.

What this means for you as a seller

• No commission: Dukkan currently deducts no commission from your sales; the price you list is the amount you negotiate and receive.
• No waiting for transfers: no amount passes through the site, so there is no waiting for a bank transfer or an electronic wallet.
• Collection through the courier: if you ship via a delivery company, agree with them on the mechanism for collecting the amount from the buyer and transferring it to you (the cash on delivery service offered by courier companies); the company usually deducts a small fee for this.

Tips to secure your rights

• Record the agreement details (final price, delivery fee, delivery location) in writing inside the site Messages before shipping.
• For personal delivery, receive the full amount before handing over the product.
• When shipping via courier, clearly agree with the buyer in advance on who pays the delivery fee, to avoid objections at the moment of delivery.
